King of Budz App Policy

Account Management

Users of the King of Budz mobile application can manage their account settings directly within the app. To delete your account, navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data Retention

Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes as required by state cannabis regulations.

App Permissions

• Location: Used to find nearby stores and enable delivery services. You can disable this in your device settings.
• Storage: Used to cache product images and improve loading performance.
• Notifications: Used to send order updates, deal alerts, and loyalty rewards. You can manage notification preferences in Settings.
